方向简介

Research Fields

足球外围最靠谱的平台在国内率先开展食品、农产品品质快速无损检测研究,研究水平保持国内领先。近年来,在赵杰文教授、邹小波教授带领下,着力开展食品、农产品品质无损检测新方法、新技术和新装备研究。本方向先后获批国家重点研发计划项目、国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、农业公益性行业专项等国家级项目50余项,授权国家发明专利60余件,国际PCT专利12件,授权美国发明专利5件、德国专利1件;出版中文专著10本,英文专著5本;发表SCI/EI收录500多篇。研究成果获国家技术发明二等奖(2项)、江苏省科学技术一等奖(3项)、教育部技术发明一等奖、中国机械工业科技一等奖(2项)和中国轻工业技术发明一等奖(2项)等国家或部省级奖励10多项。

The research group is a national spearhead in rapid and non-destructive detection of food and agricultural products. In recent years, this research group, led by Prof. Jiewen Zhao and Xiaobo Zou, are dedicated to developing new methods and equipment.The research group has been financed by more than 50 national research funding projects, including National Key R&D Program of China, National 863 Projects, National Science and Technology Support Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Special Agricultural Program of Public Welfare Projects.The group members patented more than 60 Chinese patents, 5 American patents and 1 German patent, and also published 10 Chinese academic books, 5 English books and more than 500 SCI/EI papers.The research outputs have been awarded by two Second Prizes of National Technological Invention Award, three First Prizes of Science and Technology Award of Jiangsu Province, one First Prize of Technological Invention Award of the Ministry of Education, two First Prizes of Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry Federation, two First Prizes of Technological Invention Award of China National Light industry Council, and so on.

Early start:Since 1980s, the team took lead in rapid and non-destructive detection of food and agricultural products quality, and now has established characteristic researches in food detection and processing.

手段全:构建了食品光、声、电、磁、力等传感信息获取、处理、控制的无损检测技术体系。

Variety of technologies: Non-destructive detection technology systems were constructed for acquiring, processing and controlling information on light, sound, electricity, magnetism and force characteristics of foods.

装备新:在食品智能化评价新方法、智能化成像检测新技术、加工过程的智能化监控技术与装备等方面均取得了原创性突破。

Advanced equipment: Breakthrough progress was obtained in some areas, such as intelligent food quality evaluation methods, intelligent imaging detection technology, and intelligent technology and equipment for monitoring food process.

近年,农产品食品无损检测技术及智能装备方向围绕国家食品安全和健康中国2030等国家战略规划,深入开展以下研究:

In recent years,this group focus on the national strategic plan (e.g. National Food Safety and Health China 2030) and conducts in-depth research on the following directions:

◆ 食品质量与安全智能化快速检测技术研究,研究食品、农产品智能化仿生传感与评价方法;

Research on intelligent rapid detection technology for food quality and safety. Research on intelligent bionic sensing and evaluation methods for food and agricultural products.

食品加工过程智能化监测与品控研究,研发食品加工过程在线监测信息采集新型传感器及配套技术装备和智能控制系统;

Research on intelligent food processing monitoring and quality control. Development of new sensors,supporting technical equipment and intelligent control systems for online monitoring and collecting food processing information

食品智能化加工新技术研究,开发食品连续化、数字化、智能化等食品工程化加工新技术及连续化、智能化新装备;

Research on new technology of intelligent food processing. Development of new food continuous, digital, intelligent processing technology and equipment.

食品物联感知与评价预警研究,构建食品安全物联网监测系统。本方向在食品智能化评价新方法、智能化成像检测新技术、加工过程的智能化监控等方面特色鲜明、成效显著。

Research on food IOT perception and early warning, and building food safety IOT monitoring system. This direction has distinctive features and remarkable achievements in new methods of intelligent food evaluation, new technologies of intelligent imaging detection, and intelligent monitoring of food processing.

Jiangsu University takes the lead in rapid nondestructive detection of food and agricultural products in China, and has always been at the top of this field.
